After leaving the education field, Samantha knew her heart was still tied to helping young people succeed. She had seen firsthand how many young adults struggled with direction—unsure of their next steps, lacking a guiding figure, and often missing opportunities to grow both personally and professionally. That passion became the spark behind Skills for Success, the nonprofit she founded to bridge the gap between young adults and the community.

Through the program, participants gain more than just hands-on industry experience. They’re introduced to real-world opportunities, mentorship, and community involvement that helps them see their own potential in a new light. Samantha believes growth isn’t a one-way street—this journey is about learning, exploring, and figuring things out together.

What inspires her most is watching confidence bloom in the very students who once felt uncertain about their path. Seeing them take ownership of their future and stand taller with pride is the true reward that keeps her motivated every single day.
